Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Delivery

Kanbello is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely online. Upon successful payment and account activation, subscribers receive:

  • Immediate access to all Kanbello features through their organization dashboard
  • Email confirmation with account and billing details
  • Real-time collaboration tools for team project management
  • Unlimited Kanban boards with customizable columns and workflows
  • File storage for card attachments (up to 50MB per file)
  • Advanced features including comments, @mentions, notifications, and activity tracking

No physical goods are shipped. All services are provided digitally and are accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. Subscription Pricing & Billing

Kanbello uses a per-seat pricing model where organizations are charged based on the number of active members:

  • Price: $10.00 USD per seat/month
  • Billing Entity: Organizations (not individual users)
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, recurring automatically until cancelled
  • Payment Method: Credit card or debit card via Stripe
  • Statement Descriptor: Charges appear as "KANBELLO" on your billing statement

The subscription automatically renews on the same day each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Seat Management

Organization owners and administrators can add or remove team members at any time:

  • Adding Members: When you add a new member mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current billing period
  • Removing Members: When you remove a member, the charge for that seat will be adjusted in the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Active Seats: You are charged only for active members with access to your organization

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings section of your organization dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your organization retains full access to all features until the end of the current billing period
  • No further payments will be processed after the current billing cycle ends
  • You can export your data (boards, cards, attachments) before your access expires
  • After cancellation, your organization will be downgraded to a read-only state for 30 days before permanent deletion

To reactivate a cancelled subscription, simply update your payment information and resume billing from the organization settings.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for Kanbello subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies to:

  • Unused subscription time within a billing period
  • Accounts with low or no usage
  • Forgotten cancellations or auto-renewals
  • Changes in business needs or project requirements

As a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues preventing access to the service, please contact support at dinesh@kanbello.ai and we will work to resolve the problem.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent disputes
  • Pursue collection action for services rendered before the chargeback
  • Ban users from creating new accounts or accessing the platform

7. Data Access After Cancellation

When your subscription ends, your organization data is handled as follows:

  • Days 1-30: Read-only access maintained; you can view and export all data
  • After 30 days: Organization and all associated data (boards, cards, files) are permanently deleted
  • Export Options: CSV and JSON formats available for boards and cards before deletion

We recommend exporting critical data before cancelling your subscription.

8. Service Availability

Kanbello strives to maintain high service uptime and reliability. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect. You will have the option to:

  • Accept the new pricing and continue service
  • Cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect

Continued use of the service after the price change notification period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
