By creating an account or subscribing to Kanbello, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access the service.
Kanbello is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides Kanban boards and project management tools. All features are delivered digitally via web access upon successful registration and payment.
Once subscribed, users receive immediate access to the platform. It is the user's responsibility to use the service. Access to the service constitutes delivery of the product.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected during signup). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle — you will retain access until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or lack of usage.
All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions are made for unused accounts, forgotten cancellations, or user inactivity.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to ban accounts or pursue collection action for fraudulent disputes.
Kanbello and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kanbello and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and store within the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanbello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Your use of Kanbello is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kanbello operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
